How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2 to 4 weeks. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and a call from our delivery partner to schedule a drop-off window.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our quality. We offer a 5-year limited warranty on our frames and a 2-year warranty on cushions and covers against manufacturing defects.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your furniture within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original packaging and a return shipping fee may apply.
Does the furniture require assembly?
Most of our collections arrive fully assembled or require minimal effort. For larger sets, we offer white-glove delivery services that include full assembly and packaging removal.
How do I care for my outdoor cushions?
We recommend cleaning spills immediately with mild soap and water. For off-season storage, we suggest using our custom-fit furniture covers to extend the life of your investment.
